Payment & Unlocking

I already paid, how do I unlock?
Easy! Just click here. Enter the 6 digit code displayed on the watch, and the SAME email you used to purchase.
How do I purchase?
Follow these steps:
  1. Find a clock face you want.
  2. Click install
  3. Make sure all permissions are turned on
  4. Go to the link displayed on your fitbit. (kzl.io/code)
  5. Enter the 6 digit code from you device into K-Pay
  6. Already Paid? Go to kzl.io/unlock instead
  7. Select a payment option or apply discount code.
  8. Enter email for reciept
How do I use the bundle?
Keep your email reciept for easy access.

You can find all our clock faces on our website, or by searching "momentric" in the fitbit gallery

  1. Install the clock face as usual
  2. If it displays a code, go to kzl.io/code/unlock
  3. Enter the 6 digit code from you Fitbit into K-Pay
  4. Enter the SAME email you used to purchase

Note: You won't have to type in the code each time if at least one of our clock faces is saved

I dont want to pay!
Simply install a different clockface from the gallery Note that paid clock faces have a payment required banner on their page.

Features & Settings

This app requires internet permission!
Check the permissions tab and make sure all are selected
  • Swipe out of (or completly close) the Fitbit app
  • Reopen the app & sync your watch
  • Refresh the clock face by going into the today app on your watch and then exit the today app
  • If this doesn't work, you may have to shutdown and reboot the watch too
  • If you are still having issues, try installing a different clock face and then reinstalling this one

The internet permission is only used so kiezelpay can provide payment verification.

How do I customize the design?
From the homescreen of the Fitbit app:
  • Click: Settings Icon > Device Name > Gallery
  • Then click the current clock face
  • You should see a button that says "see all details" near the bottom of the screen
  • From here you can access the settings menu, view the description, and rate the clock face
Settings arn't updating!
You might have to restart the Fitbit app
  • Swipe out of (or completly close) the Fitbit app
  • Sync your watch
  • Go into the clock face settings page and try again
  • If this doesn't work, you may have to shutdown and reboot the watch too
What is this dot on my screen?
Its a battery indicator
  • The dot will change color based on % remaining
  • You can turn it off in clock face setting
  • If you do not see an option, we may not have added it to that design
  • If this is the case, please use our feedback page to get in touch
How do I update my clock?
Sometimes we release new features
  • To update the clock face, make sure your Fitbit app and watch are updated
  • Then restart the Fitbit app
  • Go to the clock face menu, and click on the currently active clock face.
  • If an update is avalible there will be a pink update button

  • It doesn't completly change the design
  • It isn't complex enough to put us behind schedule
  • It's actually possible to implement
  • We arn't currently busy

Note: We will eventually get to your feature request, even if it takes months. Check our news page frequently

Note that I am one person doing everything. All design requests are lowest priority. Current projects come first, then feature requests, then design requests. It's not unheard of to wait a month+.

Requests must comply to the following rules:

  • Any content in the design must be free for commercial use
  • Must not be subject to copyright law
  • The design is not inapropriate or offensive to anyone
  • We are not required to compensate you in any way for your ideas*

*If your requested design is built, we will most likely give you a free promo-code

Why hasn't my request been added?
We're almost always busy

All design requests are lowest priority. Current projects come first, then feature requests, then design requests. Requests may take a month or two. If you gave us your email address, we will at least contact you about the status of your request. If you did not and it's been a few months, we probably rejected your request.

Additional Questions

How do I switch to 12/24 hour time?
For some reason you can only switch time format on the Fitbit website. See this help article for more info.
Is my information safe?
Yes! K-Pay is trusted by Fitbit, and doesn't give us your email or payment info. When a clock face asks for permissions, those are strictly so the design can function.
  • This website does not use any cookies
  • This website does not use analytics
  • Third-party services we use don't sell or share your data
  • Contact info given to us is deleted when it's no longer needed
  • Health data stays with your Fitbit account
